Brandon Duran, CPA

Partner, El Paso, TX

Brandon is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and completed his Master’s degree with a focus in tax.  He has been a CPA (certified in Texas) since 2018.  Brandon is a native El Pasoan who worked in his parents’ grocery business growing up.  Wanting to help other people, he took an interest in accounting to help small businesses.  He is versatile in tax, accounting and provides assistance to business clients with all of their accounting needs.  Outside of work, Bandon enjoys video games, tennis and music.

Ryan Ross, CPA

Partner, El Paso, TX

Ryan is a graduate of New Mexico State University, Ryan has been in accounting and finance for over 20 years. He is currently enjoying his second stint with CRRC. He has worked as the Chief Financial Officer of a local not-for-profit, financial advisor for a national brokerage firm, and a financial analyst for a Fortune 500 company in Dallas. Ryan has an extensive background in many aspects of business and personal finances, which has made his transition back into public accounting a very easy one. He also serves as the Treasurer for Casas Por Cristo, a local non-profit organization..

Raul A. Gomez

Manager-Business Development, El Paso, TX

Raul joined the staff in 2017 after 33 years in the international freight forwarding industry where he was the Senior Manager of Distribution Services for North America with FedEx Trade Networks and General Manager of Rudolph Miles & Sons. Raul was also a higher education administrator for 14 years where he held senior level positions at a number of universities. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1970 followed by a Master of Arts degree in Spanish from Colorado State University in 1972 then a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration from New Mexico State University in 1975.  He currently serves on the boards of the Paso del Norte Better Business Bureau, Queen of Peace Catholic Church Board of Directors, and is the alumni advisor for the Fraternity of Alpha Kappa Lambda at UTEP.  Raul will provide his many years of management experience in helping with business development and client support activities.  He can be contacted through our Contact Us page.  All form submissions go to him directly.

Berta DeBraal

Office Manager, Las Cruces, NM

Berta is a graduate of the Business College of Colorado and has been with the firm since 1980. We call her the heart of our Las Cruces office because, over her many years of service, she has maintained close contact with all of our Las Cruces clients and has had a wonderful relationship with them. With over forty years in the accounting business, she keeps the office running efficiently, and you will find Berta very capable and helpful in meeting your needs.

Patrick Almodovar

Accountant, El Paso, TX

Patrick received his Master of Accountancy from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2021.  During his final semester, he joined the CRRC staff as a tax intern where he gained valuable knowledge preparing business and personal tax returns.  He joined the staff as a full-time accountant in 2022.  Patrick is currently preparing for the CPA exam as he continues to develop his professional skills in public accounting.

Armida Aguirre

Accountant, El Paso, TX

Armida is a graduate of Durham Business College. She has several years of bookkeeping experience. She has been with Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush & Cooper CPA’s LLC since 1997. She is vital to the bookkeeping department and prepares corporate as well as personal returns for her clients. She offers assistance to business clients from basic bookkeeping duties to setting up the client’s bookkeeping system.

Margie E. Aranda

Accountant, El Paso, TX

Margie joined Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush, & Cooper in 1980. She is experienced in bookkeeping and with a main-focus is year-end accounting preparation for tax returns and financial statements. Margie is familiar with the clients and their businesses and is more than ready to be of assistance.

Sheryl Carrasco

Bookkeeper, El Paso, TX

Sheryl attended New Mexico State University where she studied Business.  She joined Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush, & Cooper in December 2022 and brings over many years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll and Bookkeeping at various major retail operations.  In her spare time Sheryl enjoys time and activities with her family.  She also enjoys playing golf.

Sharon Carrillo

Accountant, Las Cruces, NM

Mayra Cobos

Accountant, El Paso, TX

Mayra proudly graduated in 2023 from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Master’s degree in Accountancy, reflecting her dedication and passion for the field. With her sights set on further professional experience, she is currently preparing to take the CPA exam.  Mayra has been a valued member of the CRRC team since February 2022 when she joined as an intern bringing her enthusiasm and expertise to every project.

Cesar Estrada

Accountant, El Paso, TX

Cesar is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting.  He joined Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush, & Cooper in early 2024 as an intern while a student at UTEP.  He will be enrolling in the Master’s of Accounting program at UTEP for the fall 2024.  Cesar plans on preparing for the CPA exam right after completing the Master’s program.

Priscilla Fraire

Accountant, Las Cruces, NM

Priscilla is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy as well as an Associate’s degree in Business Office Technology. Her studies also include an Associate’s degree in Computerized Accounting from the Business Skills Institute College. She is experienced in bookkeeping and payroll services. Priscilla assists our clients in the preparation of year-end compilations for financial statements, business and personal tax returns. She is currently preparing for the CPA exam.

Bethany Lujan

Accountant, Las Cruces, NM

Bethany is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and an Associate’s degree in General Business from Mesa Community College in Mesa, Arizona.  She prepares personal tax returns and assists in various audits.  Bethany is studying to sit for the CPA exam.  She is continuing to develop and add new skills within the firm.  Outside of work, Bethany enjoys time with her spouse and six children, DIY projects and gardening.

Rosa Martinez

MBA Accountant, El Paso, NM

Rosa is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has been with Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush, & Cooper since 1999. Rosa has vast experience in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and in preparing personal, corporate and partnership tax returns. Rosa specializes in assisting business clients with QuickBooks support as a QB ProAdvisor.  Rosa prefers to meet with clients face to face to hear their needs and develop a good relationship with them.  She is proficient in Spanish and helps tremendously with our Spanish speaking clients.  She is the firm’s Event Coordinator as she also enjoys planning all of our special events and outings for the firm.

Troy Nelson

Accountant, El Paso, TX

Troy is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with his Masters and Bachelors degrees in Accounting.  He joined Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush, & Cooper in early 2022 as an intern while a student at UTEP.  He is currently planning and preparing to take the CPA exam. Troy is a native of San Diego who moved to El Paso in 2019 to finish his education.  Troy enjoys playing golf in his free time and spending time outdoors. 

Caroline Puentes

Bookkeeper, El Paso, TX

Caroline is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.  She joined the firm in 2022.  Caroline has many years of bookkeeping experience in property management and finance.  When not working, Caroline enjoys time in outdoor activities absorbing the New Mexico sunshine and spending time with her family.

Connie Terrazas

Full Charge Bookkeeper, El Paso, TX

Connie attended University of New Mexico and New Mexico State University focusing on Math and Computer Science skills.  She has many years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll.  She has four children and seven grandchildren with whom she enjoys spending time.

Armando Ugarte

Accountant, El Paso, TX

Armando is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting.  He has been with Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush, & Cooper since 2019.  He held an internship position in the energy industry while pursuing his Master’s degree.  He is currently preparing for the CPA exam.

Michael Clifford

Office Assistant, El Paso, TX

Michael joined Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush, & Cooper in 2015.  Michael was a performer for the Pickle Family Circus for over seven years.  His performing background has given him excellent verbal & nonverbal communication skills which makes him a clear choice as the first point of contact in our El Paso office.  Michael is learning the many aspects of the business and what it takes to keep the office running smoothly.

Karen Banuelos

Office Assistant, El Paso, TX

Karen joined Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush, & Cooper in November of 2021.  She has a cheerful disposition that greets all our clients either in person or over the telephone.  Karen is bilingual which makes her an asset to our firm and a great help with our clients who do not speak English.

William C. DeBraal

Office Assistant, Las Cruces, NM

William holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Sciences from New Mexico State University.  He assists all staff with everyday office duties.  He has been our courier for years and has a agreat rapport with the clients.

Rene Mena, Courier

El Paso, TX

Rene joined Clifford, Ross Raudenbush, & Cooper in 2015 as a courier.  With speed, security, and professionalism, he is a great asset to our company as he is able to build relationships with our clients while making deliveries.  Due to this, Rene has been our trusted courier ever since.
